Hillstar Ambulance Services provides emergency and non-emergency medical transportation, patient transfers, and related healthcare logistics support. We operate through a network of vehicles, trained medical personnel, and partner facilities to ensure timely and safe service delivery.2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or requesting an ambulance through phone, online form, or partner channels, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or provide consent for ambulance transport, unless accompanied or authorized by a guardian or medical professional. In emergency situations, bookings may be accepted from any individual acting in good faith to assist a patient in need.4. Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings can be made via phone, our website, or registered mobile app (if available).
- A booking is confirmed once our dispatcher verifies the request, confirms vehicle availability, and provides an estimated arrival time.
- Hillstar Ambulance Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in situations such as unavailability of vehicles, unsafe conditions, incorrect information, or misuse of service.
- For non-emergency or scheduled transfers, users should provide accurate pickup and drop details, medical conditions, and any special requirements at the time of booking.
5. Charges and Payment
- Service charges are calculated based on distance, type of ambulance (Basic, Cardiac, ICU, etc.), equipment used, waiting time, and other factors.
- Full or partial payment may be required before dispatch, depending on service type. Payment options may include cash, UPI, card, or bank transfer.
- Invoices will be provided electronically or physically upon request.
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges as per government regulations.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations should be made as early as possible by calling our helpline or through the platform where the booking was made.
- If a cancellation is made before dispatch, a nominal administrative fee may apply. Once a vehicle is dispatched, cancellation charges may include fuel and service costs.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
7. Responsibilities of the User
- Provide accurate and complete details about the patient’s condition and pickup/drop locations.
- Ensure that a responsible person or attendant is available at the pickup and destination points.
- Not to misuse or obstruct ambulance services in any way that could endanger staff, equipment, or public safety.
- Respect ambulance staff and cooperate during emergency operations.
8. Our Responsibilities
We make every reasonable effort to provide timely, safe, and high-quality ambulance services. However, service times may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather, vehicle availability, or emergency conditions beyond our control. While we strive to maintain reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.9. Medical Disclaimer
Hillstar Ambulance Services provides transportation and first-aid or basic life support as available in the booked vehicle type. We do not substitute hospital treatment or serve as a medical diagnosis provider. Clinical outcomes depend on multiple factors including pre-existing conditions and response times. In all emergencies, users are advised to contact local emergency numbers immediately.10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hillstar Ambulance Services and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or errors beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.11. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal and medical information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.12. Intellectual Property
All content, text, images, graphics, and trademarks displayed on this website belong to Hillstar Ambulance Services unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.13. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any activities that could:- Interfere with ambulance operations or dispatch communications.
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
